Lindsay Lohan White Dress Photo - already on probation for a series of DUI incidents - faces up to three years in the clink on felony grand-theft charges for allegedly stealing a $2500 necklace from a high-end LA jewelry boutique. Lindsay Lohan released on bail earlier this week.
When she returned to court for a hearing with Judge Keith Schwartz, she was not met with sympathy. While some, such as Dr. Drew reaching out to her on Twitter shortly after her release from jail are trying to comfort her, the judge in charge of her case is in no way sympathetic to Lindsay Lohan’s plight.
The 24-year-old actress showed off her legs in a white Kimberly Ovitz mini-dress. She accessorized the outfit with Chanel sunglasses and black patent leather pumps. Lohan plead not guilty to stealing a $2,500 necklace from a Venice, California jewelry store. But the Judge Keith Schwartz warned her not to "push her luck". Her felony hearing is scheduled for February 23.
Lindsay Lohan claims the white get-up, a Kimberly Ovitz creation - also stands for purity. which would make a lot of sense if the damn thing weren't so short.
