Download Firefox 2009, firefox 3.6 beta 2 merupakan penerus versi alpha yang telah dikeluarkan beberapa waktu lalu, dan sebelumnya telah dikeluarkan beta 1. Dalam firefox terbaru 2009 ini, telah banyak dilakukan perbaikan perbaikan dan banyak fitur terbaru yang ditambahkan.

Mozilla on Tuesday released Firefox 3.6 Beta 2, which includes more than 190 fixes from the first beta.

Among those improvements is a mechanism to prevent incompatible software from crashing Firefox, Mozilla said on its developer center blog.

Firefox 3.6 also alerts users about out-of-date plug-ins, displays open, native video in full-screen mode, supports poster frames, supports WOFF font format, and includes improved performance, overall browser responsiveness, and startup time. The update aso includes support for new CSS, DOM and HTML5 web technologies, Mozilla said.

Mozilla said that at this point, most add-ons have not been upgraded by their authors to be compatiable with the Firefox 3.6 Beta. For those who want to test their add-ons, Mozilla suggests downloading the Add-on Compatibility Reporter.
